Villa rental - terms & conditions
Arrival/departure
times
Although we are generally elastic on arrival and departure times, all guests are expected to arrive after 4:30pm and, on departure,
to vacate their rooms and the farmhouse latest by
10:30am.
Bookings,
payments and cancellations
For reservations made between 11 weeks - 6 months in advance
Once the on-line reservation form has been received and we have confirmed availability, the booking is considered definite once a deposit
of 50% of the full stay is paid.
If the booking is made within 10 weeks of the letting period then the total amount is payable at the time of booking.
a week after departure. £700 returnable security deposit is
required if you also rent the games barn & function room.

Alterations
If you wish to alter your booking we will endeavour to make
the alteration requested, subject to a charge of £30 for each alteration
made.
Cancellation by You
If you wish to cancel your holiday entirely you must do so in writing,
either by e-mail or regular mail. We also advise you to check with us
that we have received your notifcation.
Swimming
Pool
The swimming pool is for private use and is not supervised. Its use is at the clients’ own risk and given the limited depth diving is forbidden.
An adult must accompany children under 14 years old. The swimming pool is usually open from mid-May to October.
Linen & Cleaning
Both the bedroom and bathroom linen are changed on a weekly basis. If you have booked a 2 weeks period, please advise the
custodial family when you’d like to change the linen, they’ll supply you with the fresh linen and take the dirty one away.
The bathroom linens are not to be taken outside the house.
Guests are responsible that the farmhouse is left in good order and repair, as found on arrival. A final clean wll to be carried out
on the morning of your departure and costs €70, this is to be paid on arrival in cash.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly forbidden in any part of the Agriturismo, both in accordance with the law and for the prevention of fire. Please note
that many rooms and all bedrooms are fitted with smoke detectors. Ash trays are provided for smoking outside the house only.
Damages & complaints
Guests are asked to report any damages as and when they occur, and to advise the custodial family of any complaints, giving them the
opportunity to remedy the problem as soon as reasonably possible.
Your Responsibility
LIABILITY : We cannot accept, be responsible for or be liable in respect of loss, damage, changes or cancellations caused by major coups
(i.e. strikes, floods, fire, closure of airports, terrorist attacks, political unrest,war or the threat of war, industrial disputes, technical difficulties,
weather conditions) or any other events beyond our control. During your stay we do not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects, however caused. CANCELLATION INSURANCE : It is advised that this be contained within your travel insurance. INSURANCE : We strongly recommend that you take out personal insurance to cover all eventualities.
I have read and understood and we agree to accept and abide by the terms and conditions of booking as detailed on behalf of
all persons for whom booking is made and I confirm that I am authorised to act on their behalf.
