Il Melograno  The pomegranate is a large detatched farmhouse of 350 sqm in the heart of Le Marche region.

The farm relais is nestled in the centre of 28 acres of land where a forestation project was started in 2001

with over 2800 trees of many different species, choosen to attract birds and thus create a peaceful and natural oasis. 

Set in the soft rolling hills of southern Marche, Il Melograno offers its guests a tranquil and beautiful setting,

overlooking distant hilltop villages and the Sibillini mountains. The property being rented is composed of the

large villa/farmhouse, the swimming pool for exclusive use of the patrons and -if requested- the barn converted

in to a games and funcion room. The rental does not include the small summer house - the pink annex-

lived in by the owners/custodial family, who take care of the grounds and regular pool maintenance.

The House   has been restored retaining the original features and character of an 18th century

listed farmhouse, it has 7 bedrooms all en-suite : 5 doubles, 1 twin room and 1 bunk-beds room.

All bedrooms have a rustic feel with stone walls, wooden beams, antique furniture, old style ceiling fan,

independent heating, smoke alarm and have splendid views over the valley and the mountains.

On the Ground Floor : the master bedroom and a twin room -with easy access also for elderly people.

On the Upper Floor : 4 double bedrooms and a bunk-beds room.

The bathrooms are new, tiled, have a toilet, bidet, sink, shower with crystal doors, shaving point and a hairdryier.

To ensure constant hot water to all rooms, there are 2 independent combi-boilers, one on each floor.

 There is also an additional bathroom & laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The handbuilt brick and tiled kitchen is well designed with marble worktops, stainless steel extra large fridge-freezer,

6 rings cooker, double sized oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and a wide selections of utensils.

There is an additional kitchen on the upper floor, inclusive of dishwasher and washing machine.

The lounge area has a large leather corner sofa, a flat screen TV, DVD, Satellite TV, stereo surround system and hi-fi

Swimming pool  The 10 m. x 5 m. pool has a large tiled area with a solar shower, sun loungers,

chairs and a covered pergola.

Evening meals  'genuine Italian cuisine' prepared by the owner can be booked in advance

and are served in the veranda. The service is especially indicated for the day of arrival or for the night before departure.

Alternatively we are pleased to help guests discover a variety of very good local restaurants and pizzerias.

Holistic Massage    We offer holistic massage treatments as Daniel is a fully trained and qualified masseur

through the London College of Massage. Guests can choose a tailor-made treatment to suit individuals needs

or simply enjoy a relaxing and rejuvenating massage.

  Games and Function room   The bright and spacious function room is ideal for holding weddings,

special parties and courses -such as painting, photography or yoga - or for a business conference.
