Bed & Breakfast - Terms and conditions of booking

 

These booking conditions will form part of your holiday contract with us,  

please take a few minutes and read them carefully.

 

 Arrival/departure times

Although we are generally elastic on arrival and departure times, all B&B guests are expected to arrive after 2:00pm and,

on departure, to vacate their rooms and the farmhouse latest by 10:30am,  to allow us sufficient cleaning time.

 

Breakfast

A fresh, continental breakfast is included in the price and is normally served between 8.00am and 9:30 am.

Any different or special requirements are to be requested in advance.

Bookings, payments and cancellations

Once you have completed our on-line booking form and we have confirmed availability, a deposit of 30% must be paid immediately

to confirm your booking. Once we have received the deposit we shall send a confirmation of your booked stay via email.

The deposit is non refundable and all  cancellations must be made in writing to: info@ilmelogranoagriturismo.com

 

The remaining balance can be paid in advance, however during the peak season we ask for full payment 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Keys

Guests are responsible for the replacement of lost keys,or any replacement of locks required due to losing keys.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is for private use and is not supervised. Its use is at the clients’ own risk and given the limited depth diving is forbidden.

 An adult must accompany children under 14 years old.

 

Cancellation by You
If you wish to cancel your holiday entirely you must do so in writing, either by e-mail or regular mail.

We also advise you to check with us that we have received your notification.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly forbidden in any part of the Agriturismo, both in accordance with the law and for the prevention of fire.

Please note that many rooms and all bedrooms are fitted with smoke detectors. Ash trays are provided for smoking outside the house only.

Your Responsibility

LIABILITY : We cannot accept, be responsible for or be liable in respect of loss, damage, changes or cancellations caused by major coups

(i.e. strikes, floods, fire, closure of airports, terrorist attacks, political unrest,war or the threat of war, industrial disputes, technical difficulties,

weather conditions) or any other events beyond our control. During your stay we do not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects, however caused.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE : It is advised that this be contained within your travel insurance.

INSURANCE : We strongly recommend that you take out personal insurance to cover all eventualities.

 

I have read and understood and we agree to accept and abide by the terms and conditions of booking as detailed on behalf of all persons for whom booking is made and I confirm that I am authorised to act on their behalf.
