The Agriturismo offers guests use of a large open-air swimming pool and vast grounds which are ideal for a variety of outdoor games or relaxing pastimes such as walking, yoga and bird watching. Mountain bikes are also available to hire for those wishing to explore the country lanes and local countryside.

Local Markets

From early to late summer antique markets are held in Ascoli Piceno, San Benedetto and in Fermo, where a

famous evening market is held weekly. It's another

intriguing place to visit, offering a higher quality range

of goods from antiques, collectors' items and many

different local handmade crafts, pottery and gifts.

 

  Coastal & Beach resorts

We are just 20 mins from the sandy beaches of

Porto San Giorgio and Pedaso. Most coastal resorts are protected by rocks, that have created ideal conditions

for families and children swimming.

Water sport enthusiasts will find wind & kite surfing,

sailing and jet bikes on offer.

 

Chalets, restaurants and bars are dotted all along the coast, offering excellent sea food dishes and local specialities throughout the summer and most are open till late.

 

Golf

Just 40 mins away from us is the Conero, a regional park south of Ancona, apart from its stunning beaches it also offers a 18 hole championship golf course and a 9 hole executive course,

 

In Montefiore, just 20 mins away, there is a challenging 

9 Hole golf course .

 

 

 Inland

The dramatic scenery will certainly appeal to budding artists and photographers alike. Marche's agricultural, natural and harmonious

scenery will attract every artistic spirit. The countryside changes from

season to season with an array of lush and vibrant colours.

 Sight seeing is a must with many archeological sites, historic towns,

castles, churches, galleries and so on. With an endless choice of

interesting places to see, bring a good pair of walking shoes and

plan your itinerary over breakfast.

 

Mountains and national park

 We are just 40 mins away from the Mountains, where there are two national parks and 3 nature reserves to discover and explore throughout the year, you can enjoy from Apr. to Nov. walking & hiking routes, climbing, mountain biking and fishing. Then from Dec. to Mar. winter sports, skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing and sledging for children, with nine ski resorts to choose from.

Marche offers a great winter skiing experience, with low ski-pass prices and crowd free pistes for all levels and age groups.

Opera in Macerata

This year's 43rd Macerata Open-Air Opera Festival runs from the 28th July to the 13th of August, in the Sferisterio and is one of Italy's most prestigious musical events in an amazing open air arena. Opera lovers can check out this year's schedule by clicking on the photo to the left.
